If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Simmer pork with water with onion and tomato for 45mins. Remove pork and set aside to cool completely.
Fry pork in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
