If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Season beef with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper and 2tbsp MAGGI® Oyster Sauce.
Combine cornstarch and flour. Coat beef well with the breading. Fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Remove oil from the pan leaving 2tbsp. Add garlic, siling labuyo, bell pepper, onion and scallion. Add water, remaining 2tbsp of MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and sweet chili sauce.
Add sautéed beef and cook for another 2mins. Transfer on a serving plate and serve immediately.
