If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Combine breadcrumbs, egg and NESTLE® All Purpose Cream and set aside for 2mins.
Add cream mixture with pork, carrot, pickle relish, raisins, bell peppers and cheese. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Mix well.
Take 2tbsp of the meat mixture, round into a ball, flatten, place quail egg in the center and wrap tightly with the meat mixture. Repeat until all meatballs are assembled
Sauté meatballs in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic and onion in the same pan. Pour water and season with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Bring to simmer. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce.
Place back sautéed meatballs and simmer for 5mins while basting with the cooking liquid. Transfer on a serving platter, top spring onion and serve.
