1. Creamy Caldereta
Ingredients:
1 kg beef short ribs, cut into pieces and blanced
2 pieces bayleaf
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 piece potato, cubed
1 piece carrot, cubed
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece onion, chopped
1 piece red chili, sliced
½ cup tomato paste
1 can liver spread
1 piece red bell pepper, diced
1 piece green bell pepper, diced
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp grated cheese
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
Procedure:
2. White Lasagna
Ingredients:
1/2 kg Chicken leg quarter, blanched
4 cups Water
2 tbsp Butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece onion, minced
1 can sliced mushroom, rinsed and drained well
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
12 pieces Lasagna
1 ba melting cheese, grated
1 tbsp chopped curly parsley
Procedure:
3. Spinach Pizza
Ingredients:
4 bunches spinach, pick the leaves, rinse and drain well
4 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece onion, chopped
½ cup water
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
2 tsp MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
2 tbsp grated cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 pcs large store-bought pizza dough
2 pcs tomatoes, sliced
1 ½ cups grated mozzarella
4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Procedure:
1. Boil water in a pot, season with salt and blanch spinach leaves for 10 seconds. Strain and immediately drop in ice-cold water. Drain and squeeze excess water from spinach leaves. Coarsely chop and set aside.
2. Sauté garlic and onion in butter. Pour water and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in blanched spinach and cook for 1 minute. Turn off heat and stir in grated cheese and mayonnaise. Set aside.
3. Spread half of creamed spinach on pizza dough, top with tomato, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Top with the rest of the creamed spinach. Cut into eight serving pieces and serve.

500 grams chicken, cut into pieces

½ pineapple chunks
¾ cup reserved pineapple water
½ cup water
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp water
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
