1. No Bake Macaroni
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 cloves Garlic
1 pc Onion
¼ kg Fresh Grounded Pork
¾ cup Tomato Sauce
¾ cup Banana Catsup
½ cup Hotdog
½ cup Water
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
½ cup Brown Sugar
½ kg Elbow Macaroni
1 package 125ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
6 tbsp Cheese
Procedure:
- Sauté garlic, onion and ground pork in oil. Add tomato sauce, catsup and hotdog. Pour water and simmer. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and brown sugar. Set aside.
- Boil pasta according to package direction.
- Strain elbow macaroni and toss in the sauce. Transfer on a serving container.
- Gently heat NESTLE® All Purpose Cream. Pour on top of the macaroni. Grate cheese on top and let it melt with the heat of the pasta and the sauce. Serve immediately.
2. Chicken Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
1 pc Chicken Breast
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
½ kg Elbow Macaroni
1 ¼ cups Mayonnaise
1 package NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 can Condensed Milk
1 cup Pineapple Tidbits
¾ cup Raisins
1 bar Cheese
1 can Fruit Cocktail
Procedure:
- Simmer chicken in water. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®.
- Transfer chicken on a plate to cool. Use chicken broth in other recipes. Shred chicken breast and transfer into a large bowl.
- Add cooked pasta, mayonnaise, Nestlé® All Purpose Cream, condensed milk, pineapple tidbits, raisins, cheese and fruit cocktail. Mix well and transfer into a clean container with cover. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
3. White Lasagna
Ingredients:
1/2 kg Chicken leg quarter, blanched
4 cups Water
2 tbsp Butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece onion, minced
1 can sliced mushroom, rinsed and drained well
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
12 pieces Lasagna
1 bar melting cheese, grated
1 tbsp chopped curly parsley
Procedure:
- 1. Place chicken in a pot and pour water. Simmer for 30mins. Strain and set aside to cool. Reserve broth.
- 2. Sauté garlic and onion in butter for 2mins. Add mushroom and cook for another 2mins.
- 3. Add flour and cook for 1min. Stir in reserved broth and NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream. Simmer for 2mins. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Set aside.
- 4. Shred chicken and mix in the prepared sauce. Set aside.
- 5. Boil lasagna sheets in water according to package direction. Drain and set aside.
- 6. Spread sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Place a layer of lasagna. Repeat until all pasta and sauce are layered in the baking dish.
- 7. Grate cheese and mix with parsley. Spread evenly on top of the dish. Bake until golden brown. Serve warm.
4. Creamy Tuna Dip
Ingredients:
1 can spicy tuna in oil drained
2 cloves garlic minced
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1 tsp MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
2 tbsp cheese, grated
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 piece small red onion, chopped
1 tbsp sliced spring onion
1 container nachos chips
1 piece baguette, sliced and toasted
Procedure:
- Sauté garlic and tuna in tuna oil. Pour NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and gently simmer for 2 minutes. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g.
- Set aside to cool. Stir on cheese, mayonnaise and red onion.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with spring onion and serve with nacho chips or crostini.
