If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté garlic, onion and tomato and ground pork in oil.
Add ampalaya and sauté for 5 minutes. Stir in beaten egg and cook until barely set.
