If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Prepare batter by whisking flour, baking powder, egg and iced water to make into pancake batter consistency.
Season shrimp with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® lightly coat with flour and dip in batter while holding the tail end. Carefully drop in a preheated oil and fry until light golden brown.
Transfer cooked shrimp into a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Repeat process in batches. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with preferred dipping sauce.
