If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté beef in oil until golden brown. Strain leaving oil in the pan.
Sauté garlic in the same pan until light golden brown. Strain and set aside for topping.
Sauté onion and bell peppers in the same pan for 2 minutes. Add cauliflower and green beans. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Add cabbage and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Pour water, cover and cook for 1 minute.
Transfer vegetables on a serving plate, top with beef and toasted garlic. Serve immediately.
