If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Combine chicken liver, garlic, peppercorn, vinegar, bay leaf soy sauce, sugar and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain and continue to simmer cooking liquid to another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, sauté chicken liver in oil until golden brown. Pour cooking liquid, season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and continue to simmer for another 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
