If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Combine chicken liver, garlic, peppercorn, vinegar, bay leaf soy sauce, sugar and water. Simmer for 5mins.
Strain and continue to simmer cooking liquid to another 10mins.
Meanwhile, sauté chicken liver in oil until golden brown. Pour cooking liquid, season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and continue to simmer for another 2mins. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
