If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté garlic, onion and BBQ in oil.
Add rice and cook for 2 minutes.
Make a well in the center and pour beaten eggs. Stir and cook until barely set. Stir in with the rice.
Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Fluff until steaming hot. Stir in carrot, lettuce and spring onion. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
