If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Slice luncheon meat into 6 equal rounds. Sauté in oil until light golden brown. Set aside.
Season cooked rice with MAGGI® Savor Classic and mirin. Mix well.
Carefully remove lid on other side of the can with a can opener making sure there are no sharp edges to create a make-shift mold. Wash and dry well.
To assemble, place sautéed luncheon meat at the bottom of the mold. Add rice and press tightly. Place another meatloaf. Press and release from the mold. Repeat the process.
Wrap with nori strip and serve with mayonnaise.
