If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Choose from the list of ingredients
Sauté garlic, onion and potato in oil for 5mins. Add carrot and corned beef. Cook for another 2 mins.
Stir in cabbage and season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer on a wide plate to cool down completely.
Assemble 2 tbsp of the corned beef mixture with the lumpia wrapper.
Fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
Cut in half and serve with spiced vinegar.
