If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Simmer chicken breast in water for 15mins. Strain and set aside to cool. Shred and set side.
Sauté chicken in oil crispy and light golden brown.
Add garlic, onion and chili. Cook for 5mins.
Add MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, turmeric powder, vinegar, soy sauce and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Cook for another 10mins.
Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
