If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Lightly spread 2 tbsp of butter on pan de sal. Toast until light golden brown.
Beat eggs with ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and cheese. Set aside.
Sauté garlic, onion and tomato in butter for 2mins. Season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Pour beaten eggs and cook until barely set.
Place on top of toasted pan de sal. Top with red onion and spring onion. Serve immediately.
