If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Cook bacon in a pan over low heat until crispy. Strain and set aside for topping.
Boil MAGGI® Kari noodles in water for 2mins.
Meanwhile, combine rendered bacon fat, 1 pack of MAGGI® Kari seasoning powder, egg yolks, pepper and powdered milk on a serving plate. Stir in ¼ cup of boiling water from noodles and mix well.
Strain and stir in the noodles. Mix well until sauce is smooth, creamy and cling to the noodles.
Top with crispy bacon bits and serve immediately.
