Sauté garlic, onion and MAGGI® Ginisahog in oil.
Pour water and and MAGGI® Oyster Sauce. Season with pepper.
Stir in bihon, cover and cook for 5mins. Stir in carrot and cabbage and continue to cook for another 2mins.
Transfer on a serving plate, top with spring onion and serve with calamansi.
