If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Boil elbow macaroni in water for 10mins.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan and stir in flour.
Whisk in water and NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream. Stir in MAGGI Magic Sarap, nutmeg, pepper, cheese and simmer for 5mins.
Strain macaroni and toss in the sauce for another 2mins. Transfer on a baking tray.
Mix mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Scatter in top of the macaroni.
Broil in a preheated oven until light golden brown.
