If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Marinate chicken with MAGGI Magic Sarap, garlic, chili powder, lime zest, lime juice and honey. Set aside for 2hrs.
Skewer each piece of chicken. Dust lightly with flour, dip in egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside.
Brush chicken skewers with oil and air fry for 10mins or until golden brown. Turn the skewers every few minutes for even browning.
Prepare dipping sauce by sautéing garlic, onion, ginger and chili in oil. Pour water and bring to simmer.
Add MAGGI Oyster Sauce, sugar and MAGGI Magic Sarap. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the sauce. Transfer into a blender and purée until smooth.
Serve the chicken skewers with shredded cabbage and dipping sauce.
