Season galunggong with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Set aside.
Sauté garlic, ginger, chili and peppercorn in oil. Add galunggong and cook for 2 minutes per side.
Pour vinegar and simmer for 2 minutes.
Pour water and MAGGI Oyster Sauce. Add bay leaf and MAGGI Magic Sarap®. Simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
