Choose from the list of ingredients
Sauté potato and carrot in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic, onion, tomato and curry powder in the same pan. Add sardines, sauce, sautéed potato and carrot. Pour water and simmer for 10 minutes.
Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Stir in coconut cream. Transfer on a serving bowl and top with spring onion.
