Season bangus with ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper and MAGGI® Savor Classic. Place on a baking tray.
Mix garlic, onion, tomato and scallion. Season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Spread on top of the bangus. Grate melting cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15mins or until bangus is cooked and cheese is golden brown.
Set aside to rest for 10mins. Transfer on a serving plate and serve warm.
