If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Place blanched carabeef in a pot and cover with water. Simmer while covered for 1hr.
Add star anise, peppercorn, onion and celery. Simmer until carabeef is tender. Strain, reserve broth and discard aromatic ingredients
Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, finger chili, scallion, bell pepper, Palapang Sakurab and turmeric powder in oil in a pot for 5mins. Add reserved carabeef and cook for another 5mins
Pour reserved broth and coconut milk. Simmer while covered until carabeef is very tender
Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot
