If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté garlic, ginger, onion and beef in oil.
Add MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, pepper and sugar. Barely cover with water and simmer until tender.
Stir in mushroom and season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Transfer into a serving plate and top with spring onion and toasted garlic.
