If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Fry eggplant in oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Remove oil from the pan leaving 2tbsp. Sauté garlic, onion, tomato, siling panigang and bagoong. Pour vinegar. Add lechon and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour water, simmer and season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and sugar.
Stir in NESTLE® All Purpose Cream and simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
