If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Season pork with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Heat oil in a pot and sear pork until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic, onion, ginger, siling labuyo, bay leaves, star anise, peppercorn and mushroom in the same pot. Place pork, pour MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and barely cover with water. Simmer for 2hrs.
Remove pork and set aside. Simmer cooking liquid until thick and strain.
Slice pork and transfer into a plate. Pour sauce on top, garnish with mushrooms and scallions and serve.
