If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Mix MAGGI® Ginisahog and hot water in a large bowl. Set aside for 5mins.
Add ground pork, onion, carrot, garlic, spring onion and eggs. Mix well and form into patties.
Fry in preheated oil for 2mins per side. Remove from the pan and transfer on a serving plate.
Add butter and sauté mushroom in the same pan. Add flour and cook for 1min. Stir in water and simmer. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper and MAGGI® Savor. Pour gravy on top of the Burger Steak and serve.
