Sauté garlic in butter until light golden brown. Strain and reserve toasted garlic for garnish.
Sauté fish in garlic butter. Add MAGGI® Savor and calamansi juice. Cook for another minute. Transfer on a serving plate, garnish with toasted garlic and serve.
