If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Season chicken breast with ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper and paprika. Set aside.
Beat eggs and season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a nonstick pan and pour beaten eggs. Cook until barely set. Remove and set aside.
Lightly sauté ham in 1 tbsp of oil. Remove and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in the same pan. Sauté chicken for 2mins per side. Remove and set aside.
Lightly spread butter on white bread. Toast until light golden brown.
Slice chicken breast. Spread mayonnaise on toasted bread, assemble cheese, lettuce, tomato, ham, egg and chicken to make Clubhouse sandwich. Serve immediately.
