If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Sauté pork in oil until golden brown. Add five spice powder, ginger and scallion. Cook for 2mins.
Add MAGGI Oyster Sauce, rice wine, sugar and enough water to cover the pork, Simmer until pork is tender and sauce is thick. Set aside for topping.
For the noodles and broth, boil 2 packs of noodles in water. Strain noodles after 1 min and place at the bottom of a serving bowl.
Boil shrimp, tofu and broccoli in the broth separately for 1 min. Strain and arrange on top of the noodles.
Meanwhile, season fish fillet with MAGGI Magic Sarap and MAGGI Savor Calamansi. Sauté in oil for 30secs per side. Arrange on top of the noodles.
Place Braised Pork on top of the noodles.
Stir on cornstarch and water mixture to simmering broth to thicken the soup. Pour broth on top of the noodles. Serve immediately
