If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Mix Nestle All Purpose Cream with mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper and spring onion. Set aside.
Remove outmost layer of onion to get 6 onion rings. Use middle part of the onion to other recipes.
Cook corned beef on its own in a pan for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Season eggs with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and add corned beef.
Pour oil in a wide pan and arrange onion rings in one layer. Pour egg mixture in the middle of the onion rings. Cook for 2 mins per side. Remove and set aside.
Toast bread in the same pan. Spread Garlic Cream Sauce. Assemble lettuce, tomato and Corned Beef Burger. Serve warm. Notes: Other toppings like coleslaw, cheese and cooked bacon strips may be added. You may cook corned beef with egg torta style if you will not use onion rings as molds.
