If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
For Tomato Dip, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add tomato sauce and water. Simmer until thick. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and sugar. Stir in parsley. Transfer into serving bowl and set aside.
For the Garlic Dip, combine mayonnaise, garlic, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well. Transfer into a serving bowl and set aside.
Season squid with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and calamansi juice. Coat well with flour.
Fry in preheated oil until light golden brown. Strain and transfer on a plate. Serve with Tomato and Garlic Dips.
