Nestle Recipe
  • 2 tbsp soy souce
  • ¼ kg vermicelli noodles (sotanghon), soaked in water
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1 pack enoki mushrooms
  • 1 pc small carrot, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • ¼ kg beef, sukiyaki cut
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 pc egg
  • 1 stalk scallion, cut into pieces
  • 1 tube Japanese silken tofu, sliced
  • ¼ head Chinese cabbage (pechay Baguio), sliced
Step 1
Simmer water, MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, MAGGI Soy, mirin and sugar in a kettle.
Step 2
Arrange noodles, beef, carrot, scallions, tofu, mushroom and cabbage in a wide serving pot.
Step 3
Crack the egg in the center and pour boiling broth. Serve immediately.
