Nestle Recipe
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ kg sliced beef sirloin
  • 1 tbsp toasted garlic
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 head garlic, crushed
Step 1
Marinate beef with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, pepper, sugar, garlic and soy sauce for 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Remove from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking and remove garlic.
Step 3
Sauté beef in oil over high heat. Transfer on a serving plate, top with toasted garlic and serve.
