Nestle Recipe
  • 1 pc bay leaf
  • 2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • 1 pc potato, cubed
  • 1 pc small green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • ½ kg boneless chicken thigh, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pc carrot, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tbsp curry powder
  • 1 pc small red bell pepper, diced
Step 1
Season chicken with 1 sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.
Step 2
Sauté garlic, onion, potato, carrot and chicken in oil.
Step 3
Add bell peppers, curry powder, pepper and bay leaf. Pour water and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and stir in coconut cream. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
