1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp evaporada, mixed with 2 tbsp water
1/4 kg ground chicken
1 pc 50g small carrot, grated
2 tbsp 20g pickle relish
1 pc red and green bell pepper
1/2 cheddar cheese, cut half into sticks and grate half
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
1 pc hard boiled egg, cut into wedges
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Mix breadcrumbs with evaporada and water. Add chicken, carrot and pickle relish. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Mix well.
Brush aluminum foil with a little oil. Flatten the mixture and place egg wedges in a row in the center. Roll tightly into a log.
Steam for 30 minutes. Unwrap and sauté until light golden brown. Slice, transfer on a plate and serve with preferred dipping sauce.
