  • ½ kg chicken back, remove skin and rinsed
  • 2 sachets MAGGIi® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sliced spring onion
  • 1 pc small onion, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped carrot
Step 1
Simmer chicken back in water for 30 minutes. Reserve broth and shred chicken.
Step 2
Sauté garlic, onion, carrot and celery in oil. Pour chicken broth and simmer.
Step 3
Stir in macaroni and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with MAGGIi® MAGIC SARAP®. Add shredded chicken and spring onion. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
