If the quantities are increased, the cooking time may be extended, so look again. Use water & spices sparingly at first and add more later if needed.
Season chicken with 1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Set aside.
Sauté garlic, ginger, onion, lemongrass (optional) and finger chili in oil. Add chicken and cooked for 2 mins.
Pour water, bring to a boil, skim the scum and simmer for 15 mins.
Add papaya and simmer for another 10 mins.
Season with remaining 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Stir in chili tops. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
