Nestle Recipe
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy souce
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • ½ kg thinly sliced beef
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ tetra pack 250ml NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
  • 1 tbsp minced parsley
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup canned whole button mushroom, halved and rinsed well
  • 1 pc onion, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
Step 1
Season beef with ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, MAGGI Soy, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
Step 2
Sauté beef in oil in several batches. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
Sauté garlic, onion and mushroom in butter in the same pan. Add flour. . Stir in water and simmer. Add beef and season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.
Step 4
Pour Nestlé All Purpose Cream, turn off heat and stir in parsley. Transfer on a serving plate and serve immediately.
