1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
¼ cup spiced vinegar
½ kg skinles pork belly, cut into pieces
2 tbsp sesame oil
1pc red chili, sliced
1 head garlic, minced
¼ cup cornstarch
2 tbsp sliced spring onion
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
4 cups vegetable oil for frying
¼ cup all purpose flour
Season pork with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Combine flour and cornstarch. Coat pork well with flour and cornstarch mixture and set aside.
Fry pork in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil.
Remove oil from the pan. Add sesame oil, garlic and chili. Sauté for 30 seconds. Add fried pork and spring onion. Toss until pork is well coated. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with spiced vinegar.
