Nestle Recipe
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup cooking oil for frying
  • 1 sachet MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, divided
  • 1 tbsp chooped garlic
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 cup sliced petchay Baguio
  • 1 carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 kg dory, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 tsp sugar Pepper to taste
Step 1
In a bowl combine fish, egg, flour, ½ pack of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® , sugar and pepper. Scoop 1 tbsp of mixture and form into a ball. Fry and transfer on a plate.
Step 2
In a separate pan, put 2 tbsp of oil. Saute garlic and onion then pour water and bring to boil. Transfer fried fish balls into the pan with boiling water.
Step 3
Add carrots and continue simmering for another 3 minutes. Season soup with the remaining ½ pack of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Add petchay Baguio.
