  • 1 pc fresh medium egg
  • ¼ cup preferred dipping sauce
  • ½ cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 12 pcs small lumpia wrapper
  • 1 pc small carrot, grated
  • 1 pc small onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ kg galunggong, cleaned and scored
Step 1
Fry galunggong in oil until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
Step 2
Shred fish and mix with onion, carrot and egg. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and mix well.
Step 3
Wrap 2 tbsp of the mixture with lumpia wrapper. Fry in oil until golden brown and serve with preferred dipping sauce.
