2 sachets 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
½ tsp freshly ground pepper
1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
1 cup all purpose flour
1 head garlic, crushed
1 cup vegetable oil
Season chicken with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, garlic and pepper. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove garlic and coat well with flour.
Pan fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil. Transfer on a serving plate and serve
