  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • 1 tsp black peppercorn
  • 1 tbsp annatto seeds (atsuete)
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • ½ kg pork belly, thinly sliced
  • 10 pcs shallots (sibuyas tagalog), sliced
  • 1 pc red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ kg sliced green papaya
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
Step 1
Combine oil and annatto seeds in a pan, heat for 1 minute and strain. Sauté garlic, shallots, pork in annatto oil.
Step 2
Add peppercorn, vinegar and fish sauce. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Add papaya and bell pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes. Season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
