  • ½ kg tokwa, sliced
  • 1 tbsp chopped kinchay or spring onion
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 pcs tomato, chopped
Step 1
Fry tokwa in oil until golden brown. Remove and diced.
Step 2
Remove oil and sauté garlic, onion and tomato in the same pan.
Step 3
Add tokwa and season with MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer on a serving plate , garnish with kinchay and serve.
