1 thumb-size ginger, cut into strips
¼ cup clear lemon-lime soda
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
½ kg large shrimp, deveined
¼ cup spiced vinegar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
Season shrimp with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.
Sauté garlic and ginger in oil. Add shrimp and pour lime soda.
Cook uncovered while stirring once in a while to ensure even cooking. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with spiced vinegar.
