¼ cup spiced vinegar
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
½ kg skinless sliced pork belly
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 pc red chili, minced
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil for grilling
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp catsup
Marinate pork belly with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®, soy sauce, catsup, brown sugar, chili, garlic and pepper overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove pork from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking. Coat pork with oil.
Grill pork until cooked and golden brown. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with spiced vinegar.
