  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • ¾ kg boneless lechon, cut into pieces
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup sarsa ng lechon
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 pc bay leaf
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Step 1
Sauté garlic, onion, lechon and bay leaf in oil.
Step 2
Pour vinegar, water and sarsa ng lechon. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®,
pepper and sugar. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
