1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
¼ kg ground pork
2 pieces red bell pepper, minced
3 eggs beaten
1 cup minced potatoes
1 piece carrot, minced
¼ cup cooking oil
In a bowl combine pork, potatoes, carrots, red bell pepper and MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Mix until fully incorporated.
Add eggs to bind and divide mixture into 2. Heat cooking oil.
Fry ½ of the mixture into a big size patty similar to a small pizza then repeat the same with the other half or fry the mixture into smaller pieces similar to the size of burger patty.
