Sauté potato and carrot in 2 tbsp of oil until golden brown. Set aside.

Combine ground pork, onion, 2tbsp of cheese and ½ sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Mix well and form into meatballs. Sauté in remaining 2tbsp of oil. Set aside.

Sauté garlic, onion, siling labuyo and liver spread in the same pan. Pour tomato sauce and water. Add meatballs, potato, carrot, bay leaf and bell peppers. Simmer for 10mins.
