1 kg beef short ribs, cut into pieces
2 sachets 8g MAGGI ® MAGIC SARAP®
1 pc yellow corn, cut into 8 pieces
1 pc large potato, cut into 8 pieces, parboiled
2 pcs bay leaves
1 pc onion, cut into wedges
1 head small cabbage, cut into serving pieces
1 tsp black peppercorn
2 sprigs spring onion, cut into pieces
6 cups water
Simmer beef in water until slightly tender. Skim off fat as needed.
Add onion, bay leaves, peppercorn. Simmer until beef is very tender.
Add corn and simmer for 10 minutes. Add potato, cabbage and spring onion. Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve.
